Watch: When should publishers stop supporting last-gen?

The last-gen version of Call of Duty: Black OPs 3 has come under fire this week, after it became apparent just how far the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions had been scaled back.
With the campaign missing entirely and the level detail severely diminished, I have to ask at this point whether it's time for publishers to stop supporting last-gen consoles.
