Exploring The Island

Follow Yara past Lev's boat and up the ladder.

When you emerge, enter the truck to your left.

Inside are supplies and the Idaho Coin.

Back outside, Yara and Abby will comment on the corpses.

On the one on the ground for the WLF Scout Journal Artefact.

Follow Yara round the trail. After looking at the settlement across the water, and turning a corner, a warning system will sound in the distance.

Go left here to the car on the cliff edge, to find the North Carolina Coin.

Continue following until you reach some buildings. These are all empty, so don't worry about getting attacked.

The left one has a set of tables in the middle, with the Venison Distribution Note Artefact on top.

There are supplies elsewhere here - in the back of carts, as well as an axe in a tree stump - so take the time to look around.

When ready, interact with Yara at the tree carving, then head down the path.

To get inside the building, you need to push the cart to the left. Grab the supplies here, then continue on for a cutscene.

How to get through the camp in The Island

This is an enemy-filled area with the aim to reach the lumber mill, the building on the far side with the two torches.

There are a lot of Scars here, and your crossbow is the perfect weapon to deal with them as you go.

There are various supplies throughout which will make clearing the area worth it, but either way, there is a missable item worth getting.

Go to the two-floor building in the middle of the area, and up the ladder at the back. By the window is the Montana Coin.

Now progress through the ground floor of the lumber mill and out the back, going down the trail.

After the cliff, and the scene of the WLF advance towards the village across the water, go round the corner.

Stick by Yara and crouch in the grass to avoid the two Scars which come round the corner. They'll stay to the right, so should miss you.

Up ahead is a watchtower. There are various supplies and a book you can read for some story details, but nothing missable.

Follow Yara on to the buildings ahead.

The left one has supplies and a Workbench you can use at the far end.

Also in this left building is a bed with the Young Seraphite's Journal Artefact.

Enter the right building now to find the Mournful Prayer Note Artefact on the wall.

To continue, go down the trail to the side of the left building (the one with the Workbench), dropping down and emerging out at the farmlands.

Progressing through the farmlands in The Island

You now have to advance through the farmlands, in the direction of the Space Needle.

There are no missable items here, so feel free to pass the sentries, through all the buildings, to a fence at the very end.

Interact with Yara to proceed.

Now follow her through the barn, and the small village here, to the her house in the corner, finishing the chapter.
