Note this particular challenge is no longer able to be completed. What's new? Chapter 4 Season 2 has arrived! New additions include the Grind Rails and Kinetic Blades, along with the new Battle Pass, character collection and Eren Jaeger skin. It's a good idea to know how to get XP fast in Fortnite.
How the Pleasant Park treasure map works
For the Week 7 Challenges, you are tasked with the following:
- Follow the treasure map found in Pleasant Park (1 total, 10 Battle Stars)
Another challenge this week is Score a goal on different pitches
.Pleasant Park hides a map that paves the way to a hidden treasure. Note only those with the Battle Pass will be able to see it, and on the map features a diagram of where the treasure can be found.
However, you can skip this first step and go straight to the treasure location - as explained later on this page - if you prefer to do so.
As with other challenges, you must do these as you play matches - you cannot enter the map without other players - so you'll have to avoid combat encounters as you attempt to find each location.
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 is here! It brings a free Lego Insider skin and redemption codes with it, along with a new Victory Umbrella. We've also got pages on new features like Medallions, Weapon Mods, and how to complete a Train Heist. Meanwhile, learn what the best weapons are in the current season, how to get XP fast, and what the best PC settings are to help earn a Victory Crown.
Pleasant Park treasure map location
Pleasant Park is located in the north-west of the map - between Loot Lake and Haunted Hills. However, you don't need to go there at all to pick up the treasure - just follow the instructions below.
The destination you're aiming for isn't a million miles away - it's at the dreaded Tilted Towers, just off centre of the map.
Specifically, you'll want to visit the hill overlooking the town in the south-east. On the map, it's the upper right corner of map quadrant D6, just below the 'W' and 'E' of the Tilted Towers text.
The easiest way to get there is by air, so set your sights on it from the Battle Bus, and glide in.
When you land, run around until the Treasure appears. Looking at the town, it's to the left of the tree. When it does appear, use the button prompt to collect it.
In our experience, this is a particularly busy treasure map spot, likely because Tilted Towers is already one of the most popular starting locations. Do your best to quickly get in and out again.
If you're struggling, you can always build to create stairs and climb up later in the match when people have dispersed, or even wait until a future week when most people have moved on to other Challenges.
Note you need to complete the match in order for the challenge to be finished. Quitting the match as soon as you collect it won't work, so make sure you keep going.
Already done? There are plenty of other Challenges to take on this week - including Score a goal on different pitches - so keep playing!
