Fortnite hidden letters F, O, R, T, N, I, T, E and XP Drops in loading screen locations explained
Where to find the secret in each loading screen throughout Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 1.
Fortnite hidden letters are bonus collectables to find as part of the Fortnite Chapter 2 Battle Pass.
To unlock each one, you need to unlock the Loading Screens from each week's set of Challenges.
Each new one will add a hidden letter location - starting with a hidden F - for you to then find somewhere on the map.

Fortnite hidden letters and XP Drops in loading screens explained
Each week in Fortnite, a new Loading Screen can be unlocked by completing eight of that week's set of Challenges.
If you view these loading screens closely, it actually hints at the location of a hidden letter that can be collected on the map.
Head to that location, and collect the Letter to add it to your list.
If you do this across all letter challenges, you'll unlock a bonus skin - Sorana.
This concept isn't new for Fortnite. Like previous loading screen rewards, you need to have unlocked that specific loading screen before it will appear on the map.
Seasons 4 to 9 unlocked a variety of skins once you found their respective loading screen collectables, which were The Visitor, The Enforcer, AIM, The Prisoner and Ruin and Singularity respectively.
Once you have all eight letters, subsequent Loading Screens will offer XP Drops each week. The concept is the same - find the location hinted at in the Loading Screen, but instead of a Letter, you'll be rewarded with a chunk of XP instead.
And, as always, you have until the end of Chapter 2 Season 1 to unlock the various loading screens and skin - otherwise they are gone for good.

Here is where you can find each hidden letter from loading screens throughout Fortnite's Chapter 2 Season 1 revealed so far:

Once you have completed eight challenges from the Week 1 New World Challenges set, you can then find the hidden letter F on the map.
To find it, head to Lazy Lake, the named location in the south-east of the map.
Once there, land on the mountain to the east. On there you'll find the hidden F location at the highest point.
Fortnite hidden letter O loading screen location
Once you've completed eight challenges from the Week 2 Open Water Challenge set, you'll be able to find the hidden O on the map.
To find it, head to Craggy Cliffs and go to the large house, which overhangs the cliff.
Walk around the edge of this house, until you're beneath the balcony that hangs out over the cliff. You'll find the O near the rock wall beneath this balcony.

Fortnite hidden letter R loading screen location
Once you've completed eight challenges from the Week 3 Forged in Slurp Challenge set, you'll be able to find the hidden R on the map.
Unsurprisingly, you'll find this in the Slurpy Swamp named location. You'll want to head to the north-east corner, where it'll be underneath a walkway in the corner.

Once you've completed eight challenges from the Week 4 Dockyard Deals Challenge set, you'll be able to find the hidden T on the map.
Keeping with the theme of this challenge set, you'll find this letter in Dirty Docks.
You'll find the T at the top of the platform that stands between the two cranes at the southern end of Dirty Docks. Either glide down or use the staircase to reach this area.

Fortnite hidden letter N loading screen location
Once you've completed eight challenges from the Week 5 The Lowdown Challenge set, you'll be able to find the hidden N on the map.
To find the N, you need to head to the E.G.O. Hanger south-west of Hollly Hedges. You will have probably already visited the hanger while completing the visit different E.G.O. outposts challenge in The Lowdown set.
Head inside the hanger and you'll see a set of yellow barrels at the top of a set of stairs. The letter should be sat atop on of those yellow barrels.

Once you've completed eight challenges from the Week 6 Hide and Seek Challenge set, you'll be able to find the hidden I on the map.
To find the I, head to Frenzy Farm's north-east barn. You'll find the letter location up the upper floor inside.

Once you've completed eight challenges from the Week 7 Trick Shot Challenge set, you'll be able to find the hidden T on the map.
To find the T, head to the bridge just north of Wailing Woods, where you'll find it under one of the end columns.

Once you've completed eight challenges from the Week 8 Dive! Challenge set, you'll be able to find the hidden R on the map.
To find the E, head to the dam in the south of the map, where you'll find the letter floating above it in the middle.

Once you've completed eight challenges from the Week 9 Chaos Rising Challenge set, you'll be able to find a bonus XP Drop on the map.
To find it, head to Steamy Stacks in the north-west of the map, and look around the Kevin (purple cube) statue outside the front entrance.
