Far Cry 5 - Overwatch solution

How to find and complete Far Cry 5's Overwatch treasure puzzle.

Far Cry 5 Overwatch is a puzzle you have to solve within the Henbane River region.

It's one of many Prepper Stash locations you'll find throughout the game, all giving you rewards once you solve and figure out how to access them.

Overwatch solution

Location: Taft Lookout Tower

Rewards: Flight Suit outfit, 3 x perk magazines, $1,000

To start this quest, you'll need to the foot of Raptor's Peak. Here, you'll find the Taft Lookout Tower. If you're approaching from the west, you'll find the tower overlooking some hilly grasslands with lots of mooses grazing.

The beasts are aggressive, so pack a bow or shotgun (with a silencer) to take them down quickly and quietly. There may also be some Angel nearby, so be on your guard.

Approach the tower itself and you'll see seven to eight cultists in the area, including a sniper up on the tower platform, a VIP and a few Angels. We advise stealthing up the hill that overlooks the tower and taking out sniper from a distance.

We used rocks to attract the Angels then blew them up with dynamite. Use a shotgun on the VIP to shut him down quickly. Be aware there is a mortar at the base of the tower so shut down anyone who runs to it.

When the area is clear, head up the stairs and you'll find the Prepper Stash clue inside the main tower room. You'll now need to go and climb Raptor's Peak, so prepare for quite a bit of climbing, grappling and hiking.

Follow the path to the base of the mountain, leap across and use the grapple point to climb up. Climb up the ledges by the eagle nests, crawl under the ledge then grapple to the next line.

There's now a large gap you need to cross. You'll need to swing, so descend quite far down and start swinging back and forth - and avoid hitting the side as it'll kill your momentum.

When you've built up a decent arc, let go and leap onto the ledge on the other side. Follow the path up again until you reach a cave mouth. Grab the loot inside, then cross the two bridges made of fallen logs (being careful not to wobble your way to a grisly death).

Perform one last grapple to reach the summit and you'll encounter some campers fighting off some eagles. These birds keep spawning so you can use this as an opportunity to farm eagle feathers or move past the unhappy campers and claim the Prepper Stash goodies just past their tents.
