Calcified Fragment I / 1 - Predators

In the Mausoleum area, there is a great expanse with ledges at the far sides. Stand on the ledge to this expanse and pull out your Ghost, revealing a series of hidden platforms. Take this platforms over to the far right ledge, where you'll find this embedded in the wall.

Calcified Fragment II / 2 - The Hateful Verse

In the Mausoleum area, with the crashed ship behind you, go along the left wall and enter the room before The Faunts. On the left is a tank against the wall, with the Fragment located behind it.

Calcified Fragment III / 3 - The Oath

In the Mausoleum area, with the crashed ship behind you, go along the left wall and enter the second room down the set of stairs. Crawl through the tight passage on the left, then jump up the ledge above, where you'll find the Fragment.

Calcified Fragment IV / 4 - Syzygy

In the Mausoleum area, with the crashed ship behind you, walk down the right-most path down the hill. There will be a fallen pillar at a horizontal angle on your right, which you can jump on to find a Fragment.

Calcified Fragment V / 5 - Needle and Worm

From the Hull Breach, head to the Mausoleum. In this passage between two areas, the Fragment is located on the left, underneath some rubble.

Calcified Fragment VI / 6 - Sisters

In the Hull Breach, head towards the passage to the Mausoleum, but instead of heading down, hug the right wall to enter a room in the far right corner. Take a left through the hole to enter an open room, but continue running through ahead to another passage. Continue hugging the left wall, until you come to a small area with two paths, one going up left, and one ahead, with spikes before it. Go down the latter route. In this next room, walk round the left side where you'll find the Fragment in a pillar in the far corner.

Calcified Fragment VII / 7 - The Dive

From where you start Patrol in Hull Breach, go left and drop down the ledge, then turn around to find a room. Go left once inside, and the fragment is in the corner.

Calcified Fragment VIII / 8 - Leviathan

When you start Patrol in Hull Breach, immediately to your right is a series of girders going up. Scale all of these - it'll be easier to stay on this outside with a double or triple or jump to get round the awkward edges - and at the very top is the Fragment.

Calcified Fragment IX / 9 - The Bargain

When you start Patrol in Hull Breach, go more or less straight ahead, walking towards the crashed ship ahead. Before you reach the main doorway is a piece of debris in the ground sticking up in a triangle formation - the Fragment will be here.

Calcified Fragment X / 10 - Immortals

Enter the Hall of Souls from the Hull Breach, and go through the first passage on your left - it's a little hidden and surrounded by cobwebs, and you almost have to come back on yourself to enter - where you'll find the 'Taken Consumption' Chest required for Fragment 35. Ignore that, and crawl through the passage on the right, where you'll find the Fragment.
