Revered Spirit Ashes are an important collectible item in Elden Ring's Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, helping to increase the attack power and defensive capabilities of your Spirit Ashes and spectral steed Torrent, meaning they'll deal more damage and receive less of it when they're summoned in battle. There are a total of 25 Revered Spirit Ashes to find in Shadow of the Erdtree, and we've got the locations for every last one of them below.
Revered Spirit Ashes are one of two new stat-boosting items in Shadow of the Erdtree called Shadow Realm Blessings, with the other being Scadutree Fragments, which boost your Tarnished's stats instead. Similar to Scadutree Fragments, you'll need to visit a Site of Grace and select the 'Shadow Realm Blessing' menu option to apply them.
While many Revered Spirit Ashes can be found at the same kinds of headless statue you'll find throughout your journey through the Shadow Realm, there are many more out in the world to track down as well. Revered Spirit Ash locations in Gravesite Plain
There are a total of 9 Revered Spirit Ashes in the Gravesite Plain area of Shadow of the Erdtree, including the game's first legacy dungeon, Belurat, Tower Settlement, which has a total of 5 Revered Spirit Ashes to find inside its walls. To help you track them down, we've listed all of their locations below:
#1: East of Scorched Ruins
The easiest Revered Spirit Ash to find can be found north-east of your starting location in Gravesite Plain. It's located right next to a statue up on the edge of the cliffs to the east of the Scorched Ruins.
#2: Abandoned Ailing Village
This Revered Spirit Ash is next to another statue, this time on the eastern side of the Abandoned Ailing Village, tucked away on a lower cliff edge that curls round the main part of the village.
#3-4: Belurat Tower Settlement Main Gate approach (x2)
Two Revered Spirit Ashes can be found on a statue as you approach Belurat, Tower Settlement in a room filled with scorpions.
#5: Belurat Tower Settlement (Upper Town, pot shade)
If you defeat the shade holding the pot above its head in Belurat, Tower Settlement before it vanishes into thin air, you'll be rewarded with another Revered Spirit Ash.
#6: Belurat Tower Settlement (Upper Town, statue)
Another Revered Spirit Ash can be found in Belurat on a statue by a large tree just before you reach the Site of Grace before the main boss, Divine Beast Dancing Lion.
#7: Belurat Tower Settlement, after beating Divine Beast Dancing Lion
A Revered Spirit Ash can be found on a statue after you beat the Divine Beast Dancing Lion and use the lift to reach the grand staircase leading to the Tower of Shadow.
#8: Northeast of Prospect Town
Once you've found the route to get to Prospect Town, travel south east from the Site of Grace 'Cliffroad Terminus' in Gravesite Plain, you'll come across a Revered Spirit Ash statue on the edge of the cliffs overlooking the Western Nameless Mausoleum (where you fight the Blackgaol Knight) next to a small lake.
#9: Ellac River Cave
On the way to the Cerulean Coast, you'll come across a small cave with a statue just round the corner from the Site of Grace 'Ellac River Cave'. A Revered Spirit Ash sits at the foot of the statue.
Revered Spirit Ash locations in Scadu Altus
There are 6 Revered Spirit Ash locations in Scadu Altus, and once again, this includes the Revered Spirit Ashes inside the game's second main legacy dungeon, the Shadow Keep:
#10: Between Moorth Ruins and Bonny Village
You can find this Revered Spirit Ash down a hole between the Moorth Ruins and Bonny Village.
#11: East of Moorth Ruins
This Revered Spirit Ash sits next to a statue on the cliff face to the east of the Moorth Ruins.
#12: Shadow Keep Storehouse (1st Floor)
The taxidermy beast on the 1st Floor of the Shadow Keep Specimen Storehouse has a Revered Spirit Ash on top of its head. To get up there, you'll need to jump onto the stone tablets piled up behind it, next to its bent front leg. We found the easiest route was jumping onto them from the pile of stone tablets right next to the second floor barrier. It can take some practice to make the right jump, but once you're there, just jump up and climb up its shoulder to retrieve the Revered Spirit Ash. You cannot get up there using its tail, by jumping over the top of the bookcases, or by dropping down on it from above.
#13: Shadow Keep Storehouse
If one Revered Spirit Ash on top of a giant stuffed animal wasn't enough, you'll find another one further up the Storehouse on the back of another suspended animal taxidermy within the Shadow Keep's Storehouse tower, once you've used the switch to bring them into position to travel up the main tower.
#14: Ruins of Unte
Just behind the Ruins of Unte, you'll find another Revered Spirit Ash statue nestled next to the cliff face. To reach this part of Scadu Altus, you'll need to use the secret coffin hidden inside the Shadow Keep (in the same room as one of its collectible Erdtree Paintings) to reach the Site of Grace 'Castle Watering Hole'.
#15: Village of Flies
The Village of Flies is a little off the beaten track compared to other Shadow of the Erdtree locations, and to get there, you'll need to follow the cliff route that heads south-west from the Site of Grace 'Recluses' River Downstream'. Once you've dropped down a few ledges, you'll reach a more open area with several man flies and a Curseblade. Head east here up the slope, and you'll find the Revered Spirit Ash statue in the top eastern corner.
Revered Spirit Ash locations in Ancient Ruins of Rauh
There are 4 Revered Spirit Ash locations in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh, and we've listed them all below:
#16: Temple Town Ruins
Accessible via the Rauh Base part of this region (the same way you'll come to get the Rauh Map Fragment), you'll find this Revered Spirit Ash on a statue right on the southern side of the Temple Town Ruins near the edge of the cliff.
#17: Ancient Ruins of Rauh (East, pot shade)
Approaching the Ancient Ruins of Rauh from the Shadow Keep's Western Rampart, you'll come across another pot shade carrying a Revered Spirit Ash right at the entrance to the eastern part of the ruins. Just watch out for the Curseblade lingering on the walls nearby.
#18: Ancient Ruins of Rauh (West, pot shade)
This one is a little tricky to get to, as alerting this pot shade to your presence too early will result in it disappearing. You'll likely see it up on a raised ledge while exploring the western part of the Rauh ruins before you can safely reach it in time. Instead, you'll need to continue north and drop down two levels directly in front of you to get to the lowest section of this part of the ruins, before then using the lift at the bottom to get to the same level as this pot shade.
#19: Ancient Ruins of Rauh (West, statue)
Thankfully this Revered Spirit Ash is much easier to come by, as you'll spot it on a statue inside a large pavilion in the western part of the ruins. Just be careful of the horned warriors that are guarding it.
Revered Spirit Ash locations in Abyssal Woods
There are just 2 Revered Spirit Ashes in the Abyssal Woods, and both are located within Midra's Manse, the dungeon where you fight Midra, Lord of Frenzied Flame.
#20: Defeating the large Inquisitor
In the large library section of Midra's Manse, you'll be rewarded with a Revered Spirit Ash for defeating the large Inquisitor enemy on one of the upper levels. To reach him, you'll need to pull the lever that reveals the hidden staircase behind the large bookshelf at the back of the room.
#21: On top of the chandelier
In the same room as the Site of Grace 'Second Floor Chamber', you can jump across to a large chandelier once you've kicked the ladder down to create a shortcut. On the chandelier, you'll find a corpse with a Revered Spirit Ash to loot from it.
Revered Spirit Ash locations in Enir-Ilim
The final 4 Revered Spirit Ashes are located in Enir-Ilim , which you can only access once you've defeated Romina, Saint of the Bud in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh and burned the sealing tree. #22: Defeating the large Inquisitor near Enir-Ilim's First Rise
This Revered Spirit Ash can be obtained by defeating the large Inquisitor in the courtyard just above the Site of Grace 'First Rise' in Enir-Ilim.
#23-24: Statue near Enir-Ilim's First Rise (x2)
From the same courtyard with all the Inquisitors in it, go down the stairs in the eastern corner of the courtyard and follow the tree roots into a small chamber. There are several man fly monsters crowded around the familiar Revered Spirit Ash statue, and once you've taken them out, you'll be able to pick up a pair of Revered Spirit Ashes from its base.
#25: Statue near Spiral Rise
Once you've reached the Site of Grace 'Spiral Rise', follow the path up the tower and out onto the rooftops, and you'll find this Revered Spirit Ash inside a small tower that has a Gravebird guarding the entrance (before you ascend the next set of steps).
