Payday: The Heist delayed
PSN/PC co-op shooter needs more time.
Co-op shooter Payday: The Heist has been delayed until later this month, Sony Online Entertainment has announced.
Originally due for launch on PlayStation Network and PC tomorrow, the title will now see release "later in October" according to SOE's Christ Sturr.
The excuse? New Swedish start-up Overkill Software needs more time to ensure "the overall game quality".
As announced earlier this year, the game will be free to anyone who grabbed all four PlayStation Network Play titles.
