New PAL Releases Roundup
DOA Paradise. Some more Lips tat. Etc.
It may well be International Venga Boys Day in the Eurogamer office, but apparently the spirit of the season has not permeated the rest of the games industry, because tomorrow's shop shelf prospects are about as stimulating as a valium smoothie.
Dead or Alive: Paradise certainly has tits in it, but judging by the noises emanating from Eurogamer's Ellie Gibson it's anatomically impaired in areas more vital to videogame quality, such as being any good whatsoever.
We would talk about how BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger is pretty wicked - brilliant, in fact - but since it's slipped about 18 times in the last four weeks it seems risky to pin our hopes to it.
Still, things are a bit more interesting on the internet, where Modern Warfare 2 plans are already playing the Stimulus Package that spluttered onto the internet the other day, while Virtual Console fanatics can look forward to the SNES Super Mario Kart - pretty much my favourite game ever.
Elsewhere Mega Man 10 finally hits Xbox Live Arcade, Army of Two says hello to the Chapters of Deceit DLC, and Bad Company 2 gets two new free maps.
