Monsters vs Aliens demo on Live
DreamWorks animated film tie-in.
Activision has popped a Monsters vs Aliens demo on Xbox Live, weighing in at 620MB.
The game's based on the DreamWorks film of the same name, which has people like Seth Rogen, Reese Witherspoon, Hugh Laurie and even Kiefer Sutherland voicing characters.
The plot follows a little girl whose life goes wonky after she's hit by a meteorite, turned into a giant monster and whisked off to a secret government facility. It's here she meets her quirky new friends: The Missing Link, a half-ape, half-fish thing; the gelatinous and ravenous B.O.B; Ginormica, the 49-foot, 11-inch woman; and Insectosauras, the 350-foot grub.
The videogame, developed by Beenox, involves choosing the right hero for the right situation as the battle against the invading robots unfolds.
The film launches on 3rd April here, and Activision plans to release the game in March.
