This War of Mine adds War Child charity DLC
UPDATE: Has supported 350 refugee children.
UPDATE 03/04/2015 12.38am: This War of Mine's War Child Charity DLC has positively affected the lives of 350 Syrian refugee children, developer 11 bit has announced.
"We're honored to announce that support from the TWoM DLC campaign can provide the following support for 350 children: psycho-social support to recover from trauma, child friendly spaces to make sure War Child can reach a child before someone else does, informal education: school fees, livelihood support, teacher training and others," the developer stated.
The War Child Charity DLC only runs through the end of Friday, 3rd April so if you've missed out and would like to get on it, now's your last chance. And if you can't, don't despair as 11 bit noted that more charity auctions are expected to follow.

ORIGINAL STORY 10/03/2015 9.42am: Acclaimed survival strategy This War of Mine has released a new DLC to support the charity War Child.
The download adds unique street art to the game, each themed around the subject of conflict.
Developer 11 bit recruited international artists M-City, Gabriel "Specter" Reese, SeaCreative, Emir Cerimovic, Fauxreel and Mateusz Walus to contribute to the project.
The DLC is now available to download via Steam for one of three pricing tiers, each featuring the same content.
You can choose to pay either 79p, £6.99 or £14.99.
100 per cent of 11 bit's proceeds will be donated to War Child, an organisation that helps children suffering due to conflicts around the world.
This War of Mine tells a fictional story inspired by the 1992-96 Siege of Sarajevo during the Bosnian War, where you must focus on keeping civilians safe.
"This War of Mine is a game with a simple message - that war is hell, and that we're all capable of being sucked into its moral depths," Martin Robinson wrote in Eurogamer's This War of Mine review.
"This may be slightly compromised by This War of Mine's strengths as a game, but at least it's a message carried with a great deal more conviction than other, more bombastic portrayals of conflict," "That, for certain, is something to be thankful for."
