Eurogamer.net Podcast #4
BioShock 2! STALKER! PS3 hacking! Mike Tyson.
Has it been a week already? Yes it has. That's why we've done another podcast - the one that they're already calling The Eurogamer.net Podcast #4.
You can download the fourth Eurogamer.net Podcast as an MP3, stream it below or grab it through iTunes. Here's an RSS link, too, which will work with everything, not just iTunes: /rss/eurogamer_podcast_itunes.rss.

This week on the podcast host Tom Champion is joined, as ever, by Eurogamer.net editor Tom Bramwell, who keeps his promise to shut up about Mass Effect 2 for a bit.
Eurogamer.net deputy editor Ellie Gibson is also on the podcast this week, and also doesn't talk about Mass Effect 2, probably because she has no idea what it is. Staff writer Dan Pearson does know what Mass Effect 2 is, but no one cares what he thinks.
Topics of discussion this week include Brammers' embargo-flouting experiences with BioShock 2 review code, Ellie's thoughts on Dante's Inferno (the game, not the poem - no one in the world has actually read the poem), and Dan's observations about S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat.
Following more of your amazing feedback, we also turn our attention to matters of the day, specifically the news that the PS3 has, to some extent, been hacked, and the possible ramifications of "Geohot" and his ingenious meddling.
Thanks to a lack of complaints about the title, Forum Affairs also returns, and despite protestations we continue to read our stupid redeemable codes at the end so that one guy (who is never you) can get a free game out of us.
Finally, apologies for the return of dodgy sound quality. Our usual engineer was unavailable to monitor the levels. I will actually murder somebody the next time this happens, so either way it's win win from here on out.
Check out the following links for relevant background reading:
- BioShock 2 hands-on preview (review goes live next week)
- PS3: Hacked (Digital Foundry gets technical)
- Forum Affairs: thread of the week (don't click if you want to be surprised, eh?)
The Eurogamer.net Podcast comes out at 3pm GMT every Tuesday. Join us next week for more spoiler-free gaming discussion and hopefully fewer jokes about disgraced sportsmen, embarrassing interview errors and Dan's vocabulary.
