Resident Evil 3 - Vaccine puzzle solution: How to enter the correct Vaccine Base temperatures
How to solve the final puzzle of the game.
The Vaccine puzzle is the final brainteaser of Resident Evil 3 - and one that's pretty poorly explained.
After finding the antigen and adjuvant samples in NEST 2, you have to combine them together in your inventory then insert them into the Vaccine Synthesis machine - a puzzle which has you get the right balance to create the final sample.
Note this is a point of no return - once you have completed the puzzle, the end of the game then begins.

How to solve the Vaccine temperature puzzle in Resident Evil 3
First, make sure you combine both vials in your inventory to make the Vaccine Base, then interact with the device.
You are now presented with three gauges, with a button underneath each one, changing the amounts above them. Each one cycles through three settings - Low, Mid, and High.
From left to the right, the Vaccine temperature puzzle solution is as follows:
Mid
High
Low
To clarify, this means interacting with the first one once, the second one twice, and leaving the third as it is.
That's the puzzle solved! Doing this will then give you the Vaccine. With that done, it's time to move on to Resident Evil 3's final boss.
