First-party DLC soon - Microsoft
PGR3, PDZ, Kameo stuff.
Microsoft says that we can expect a new wave of downloadable content for its first-party launch titles Project Gotham Racing 3, Perfect Dark Zero and Kameo: Elements of Power before spring is out.
It also reiterated that Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting, Uno and Texas Hold 'Em Poker will be out on Xbox Live Arcade - given the "this is our spring line-up ZOMG" style of the press release, presumably quite soon.
On the DLC front, cars and achievements are mentioned for PGR3, multiplayer maps for PDZ, and co-operative gameplay and costumes for Kameo (something we've heard about before, over and above the co-op included in the game itself).
Microsoft also painted a broader picture of the games we can expect during the spring on Xbox 360. Don't get too excited - the only actually new one is 2006 FIFA World Cup, which isn't exactly earth-shattering. Otherwise it's a mix of stuff that's out or nearly out - take a look and make a note of anything you're into.
Microsoft's spring line-up, which prompted Peter Moore to declare, "there has never been a better time to own an Xbox 360" - something those ebay sods from last November probably disagree with.
