Joint Ops video released

Novalogic has released a short trailer for its forthcoming tactical multiplayer shooter Joint Operations. The 4.78MB movie, while restricting itself to a tiny Media Player window (hrng), shows off some clearly extremely impressive in-game material. We were most impressed with the large, lush jungle environments, but the video also gives a good demonstration of the drivable vehicles. Improvements to the Black Hawk Down engine appear to have made the world of difference, and Joint Ops looks to deliver a far more solid and believable atmosphere than its developers previous effort. Battlefield 1942 fans in particular might get a bit clammy over this one when it finally lands next year.
