It's time to celebrate Lunar New Year in Los Santos!
It's time for another GTA Online weekly update. Each week brings a new set of rewards, prizes, and goodies for you to get your hands on. Whether you feel like you want to show off your skills at the LS Car Meet to win a new vehicle or if you want to expand your property portfolio with discounted buildings, there's bound to be something for you.
Here, we're going to take you through everything added in the GTA Online Weekly update that was released on Thursday 23rd January 2025, so that you know what awaits you when you enter Los Santos. There a few rewards limited to those of you using next generation consoles, but the majority of things added in the updates can be accessed by everyone playing GTA Online.

What time are the GTA Online Weekly Updates?
Based on the usual times the weekly update drops, here are the times that the next update should appear:
- UK: 10am (GMT)
- Europe: 11am (CET)
- East Coast US: 5am (EST)
- West Coast US: 2am (PST)
It's important to note that these are not set times, the updates can arrive earlier or later depending on how Rockstar have decided to release them.
All of the features below are available until Thursday 30th January.

Lunar New Year Celebrations
It's time to celebrate Lunar New Year 2025 in Los Santos, and there's plenty to do to get the festivities started.
There are new Lunar New Year Stunt Races to take part in. If you take part in any of the new races you'll not only get double rewards, but you'll also get the limited-time Lunar New Year Livery for the Maibatsu Penumbra too.
Also, fancy looking around Los Santos for new collectibles? There are 36 Yunabao collectibles to find across the map and each one rewards GTA$ and RP when you pick them up. Collect all of them before Wednesday 12th February 2025 to get the Gold Snake Santo Capra Outfit too.
Let's not forget about the bunch of free clothing goodies you'll get for simply logging in this week, but more on that below!
