First Call of Duty: Black Ops: Declassified details
All-new Spec Ops campaign promised for Vita shooter.
The first few morsels of info about Vita shooter Call of Duty: Black Ops: Declassified (yep, twin colons set our teeth on edge too) have found their way on to the web.
According to a Walmart product listing, as spotted on NeoGAF, the game will feature an all new story, boast a strong focus on Spec Ops missions and be optimised for portable play.
Here's the description blurb in full:
"Before the future could be won, history had to be written. Exposing that story exclusively on PlayStation Vita, Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified explores original fiction in the Call of Duty Black Ops universe with an all-new campaign of Special Ops missions. Optimized for gamers on-the-go, Call of Duty Black Ops: Declassified delivers the most intense handheld Call of Duty experience to date, including both Special Ops Story mode and Multiplayer combat tailored for the PS Vita."
There's also a pack shot - have a gander below.
The game saw a blink-and-you'll-miss-it, info-free reveal during Sony's E3 show earlier this month. No footage has yet been released, we don't know who's developing it and there's no word on a release date.
It's big, noisy brother, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, is due out on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on 13th November.
