Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Swindling Seminar answer 1
The first person in the Swindling Seminar lineup is Thirsty Usain. To check his information you first have to go to the Bail Jumper Bar in the northwestern corner of Corel Prison.
When you get here, interact with the tankard on the bartop, to the left of the bartender to check if Usain is lying or not. We found that if the Usain tells you that the signature drink is called Sunshine, or that the drinks are watered down by the bartender, he is telling the truth. If Usain says they sell Cosmo Canyons, then he's lying.
Just make sure you actually verify the information at the bar, just in case this changes for your playthrough.
You can also speak with the bartender at Bail Jumper to pick up another feed for Piko subquest.
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Swindling Seminar answer 2
The second person in the Swindling Seminar lineup is Knucklehead Toya. To check her information you have to go to the weapon shop in the middle of Corel Prison, on the opposite side of where the seminar is being held.
Be careful as you go inside though, as if you knock over anything, you can't check the vendor's stock. So, slowly walk up to the vendor and then check to see what they sell. We found that if Toya said they sold Potions and that it's loud in there, she's lying, but if she says it is free of noise and sells Elixirs, then Toya is telling the truth. Again, make sure you actually verify the information at the shop, just in case this changes for your playthrough.
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Swindling Seminar answer 3
The third person you have to work out whether they're lying or not is Sloppy Shawn. To verify his information, you have to go to the small Maghanata bookstore, near the weapon vendor.
In the bookstore, inspect the pile of books to the vendor's left. We found that if Shawn tells you Gus' autobiography is not in short supply and that it is on sale, then he is telling the truth. If he mentions Gus's autobiography isn't in stock at the bookstore, then he's lying.
Just in case this differs in your playthrough, make sure you go to the shop to verify Shawn's information.
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Swindling Seminar answer 4
Next up in Swindling Seminar is person four, Squinty Rachel. To check whether she's lying or not you have to go back to Gus' compound all the way to the west, near the Desert Rush minigame store.
Outside, at the bottom of Gus' compound, look on the wall to the left of the stairs leading into the building. We found that if there's a picture of Stamp the dog here and Rachel said there was one, then she is telling the truth. If Rachel mentions there should be a Cactuar here instead, then she's lying - however if she says there isn't a Cactuar here, she's telling the truth.
Once again, we recommend going to verify Rachel's information at the compound, just in case this differs in your playthrough.
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Swindling Seminar answer 5
The fifth and last person you need to find the correct answer to during Swindling Seminar in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is Blowhard Georgie. To verify his information, head to the Beast Battleground arena, which is down the ladder in the large circular hole in the southeast of Corel Prison.
Engage in all the battles and take note of the monsters' names. If Georgie tells you there are fiends called Test 0 and you come up against one, then he's telling the truth. If he says the monster is called Bug 0 or Type 0, but you don't fight either, then he's lying.
We recommend verifying this information at the Beast Battleground in case this changes in your playthrough.
Once you've checked all five pieces of information out, go back to Conniving Caglio and give him your answer. If you get it correct, he'll give you a green for Piko.
