Design a car for MotorStorm Apocalypse
Win the game and get your creation on PSN.
It's less than a week now until four scientifically chosen Eurogamer readers journey to the promised land of London to compete for a some-expenses-paid holiday to E3 in Los Angeles and a massive 3DTV.
We'll have live coverage of the event on Thursday 10th March in case you want to cheer people on / vote for the methods of torture we use to humiliate them (this is not an exaggeration, incidentally), but in the meantime we have another MotorStorm competition: we're inviting you to come up with your own vehicle design, which will then be built into the game and distributed on PlayStation Network by Sony and Evolution Studios.
All you have to do is grab one of the templates in the gallery below (remember to click through and get a full-resolution version for maximum screen real estate), then open it in the graphics application of your choice (Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, GIMP, whatever!) and get scribbling. There are designs for all the key classes - monster truck, mudplugger, muscle car, racing truck, superbike and supercar - and you are welcome to work on any of them.
When you're happy with your design, email it to us. (Special philosophical bonus points will be awarded to anyone who uses a hosting service for their file rather than sending us a multi-meg email.)
At the end of next week we'll pick our favourites from those we've received and invite you to vote on your favourites here on the site. The winner will not only receive a copy of the game, but we will send their design on to Evolution Studios, who will build it in the game and make it available to you via PlayStation Network at some point in the future.
