Naxos Quarry tablet location and Procrastinate Now riddle solution
This stone tablet can be found on the island of Naxos, in the northern region of Ariadne's Fate. It's located in the Naxos Quarry in the east of this area, and can be found on a high platform just behind a guard and some workers.

Riddle clue: It's easy to get distracted by the finer things on this island. With so much work to do to complete the Temple of Apollo, it seems it will never be finished. Find me on the temple's Portara. It's the only thing erected so far.
Procrastinate Now riddle solution
You'll need to head to the Portara, which is a giant square archway located to the northwest of Ariadne's Fate. It's on the far tip of the top peninsula in this area. Climb to the top and claim your reward: boosted Crit Damage while Full Health.

Cave of Mount Zas tablet location and Stubborn Mule riddle solution
This stone tablet can be found in the Cave of Mt. Zas and has three different points of entry. The one marked in the screenshot is the best one to use as this cave is filled with tough cultists. Clear out the first room and the second. The stone tablet is at the foot of the statue in the second room.

Riddle clue: If you climb to the peak of Mount Zas, you will see two smaller islands to the south. I can only be found on one of the islands in a pile of hay near a friendly donkey. Make a decision - the last traveler starved to death trying to choose between the two.
Stubborn Mule riddle solution
To the south of Mount Zas are two unamed islands. The right-hand one hosts said donkey and a small pile of hay, upon which you'll find your reward: boosted Damage with Spears and Staffs.
