Sharky Extreme has a big " ECTS Highlights" article

Gamers Central has a small ECTS '99 Coverage section

Speedy3D has several short write-ups from ECTS, though many of them are along the lines of "Game X wasn't on show at ECTS" or "We missed seeing Game Y"

Beyond 3D also has some ECTS '99 Coverage, but it's pretty thin on the ground so far
